The mentoring Program at MassBay is called “MassBay Connections”. This is a program in which we match a faculty or staff person with a student. Mentor and mentee matches meet throughout the year to talk about academics, goals and issues that the student might be experiencing. The mentor can serve as an excellent resource for helping students to be successful at MassBay.
